Our Solar Powered Automated Greenhouse is designed with all necessary accessories and logistics to improve crop yield and guarantee crop production throughout the year.

Solar Power and building management systems will automate your greenhouse in rural areas with / without utility access. Solar components used in these designs are of German make and considered “best in the world” with 25 year life expectancy and standby redundancies to ensure zero system failure and most importantly, the supply of continuous power!

Through the RESAGRO-W program, RESSCOTT LTD will support the purchase of the produce and ensure farmers are paid quickly! These projects and ideas can be fully or partially funded through the company!

It is the mission of the RESAGRO-W program to encourage farmers to increase production, promote good agricultural practices, encourage the preservation of the environment and the conservation of natural resources.

“Agri-Voltaics” serves a dual-purpose by allowing farmers to protect their crops from harsh weather conditions due to the onset of climate change and provide power to your facility to power other electrical loads on the same land!

HOW TO GET STARTED?

Important Conclusion Points:

It’s an automated greenhouse that is solar powered (Renewable Energy).

It costs TTD $500,000 to build and install each greenhouse.

There is a 30-year lifetime & a 10-year warranty on the structure.

It is a lease to own greenhouse. Financing for this initiative is available (we can fund from USD $2 million to $8 million in projects.

Contract farming is also offered (to repurchase produce). Sweet peppers and tomatoes are the suggested commodities for growing.

The requirements to engage are:

1- Clients must have flat land, no less than 100ft x 200ft is required for 1 greenhouse. State if the land is leasehold or freehold. Please provide up to date land tenure documents.

2- Clients without land must simply state so and our team will determine if we can facilitate.

3- Clients must supply two forms of national identification and state the address at which they currently reside. (ID, DP, PP)

4- If clients are using a business, business registration documents and certificates should also be submitted.
